Godminster Celebration Cheese Cake

The beautiful Godminster Farm is based on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Bruton in the heart of Somerset. The farm was certified organic in 1999, is home to almost 300 organic dairy cows and boasts fruitful orchards filled with a variety of delicious fruits and herbs which inspire many of the Godminster products.

The Godminster Celebration Cheese Cake is a glorious tower of mouth-watering delight, from the handmade organic brie and award-winning vintage organic cheddar to goat’s cheese, with the distinctive heart-shaped Godminster cheddar as the crowning glory.

To create the perfect wedding cake, Godminster have teamed up with some fantastic cheese makers, which makes this 10kg and 54cm of pure deliciousness.

Godminster Celebration Cheese Cake

3kg x Cornish Yarg - A light textured, low-fat hand-made cheese wrapped in fresh nettles with a definite bite.

2kg x Colston Bassett - Regarded as one of the best traditionally made naturally crusted Stiltons. Mature, with good blueing and rich, deep, herbaceous flavours that linger on the palate.

2 x 900g x Godminster Organic Bries - This is Godminster’s award-winning, creamy, organic hand-made brie. The taste is full and rich with subtle depths and flavours.

2kg x Godminster Vintage Organic Cheddar – The Godminster cheese cake wouldn’t be complete without the award-winning Vintage Organic Cheddar.  Made from a unique 90-year-old recipe which makes it a rich, strong, yet buttery cheese.

750g x Francis - A beautiful washed rind pungent cheese with a sticky rind which is richly-flavoured.

500g x White Nancy Goats Cheese - A stunning handmade goat’s cheese from White Lake Cheeses near Shepton Mallet. Using milk from its own herd of 600 goats.

200g x Goddess - A delectable semi-soft cheese made with rich Guernsey cow’s milk. The curds and rind are gently washed in Temperley Somerset Cider Brandy giving the paste and the rind a wonderful silky golden hue.

200g x Godminster Vintage Organic Cheddar heart -  As delicious as its larger sibling…
