ONE of the North East’s most prestigious hotels is inviting bridal couples to a special event.
Wynyard Hall Hotel and Spa, Tees Valley, is holding a Wedding Showcase Evening on Tuesday, 15 September, so brides and grooms-to-be, can find out more about its facilities and wedding packages.
Visitors will be offered a glass of sparkling wine and a selection of canapés on arrival, before meeting the wedding team and taking a tour of the four star hotel.
Among the facilities on show will be the Brooke’s Chapel, used by generations of Marquises of Londonderry and now available for religious wedding ceremonies.
Couples will also be able to view the hotel’s Mirror Room, Ballroom and Conservatory, which provide perfect settings for wedding receptions or civil ceremonies and will be fully dressed for the occasion.
Wynyard Hall’s Grand Marquee, adjacent to the newly-opened Walled Garden, is also licensed for civil ceremonies, for parties of up to 200 guests and can cater for up to 650 guests for daytime and evening receptions.
A number of local wedding suppliers will also be on hand, displaying everything from wedding gowns and flowers, to stationery and cakes and brides will be able to find out more about the bridal make up range available in the hotel’s lakeside spa.
