One of the most popular wedding venues in the South-West, Elmore Court in The Cotswolds, have joined MGM Resorts International and Ritz Carlton Hotels and Resorts to become the next hotel to invest in an on-site purifying drinking water system.
The venue, which can be hired out for exclusive wedding use, has invested in a Vero Water system as part as their phase two development, serving quality water in reusable bottles, saving money for both their guests and themselves, whilst also being eco-conscious instead of wasteful and unsustainable.
The new Vero system connects directly into Elmore’s existing water source, and removes impurities, chemicals and imperfections via a unique 5-stafe filtration process, delivering a high-quality taste, far superior to ordinary filtered water.
The Vero drinking bottles are filled up and cleaned on site, making them reusable and of-course meaning there will be less waste from the plastic bottles that many brides and grooms ask to be delivered.
Anselm Guise, owner of Elmore Court, has said “This is an area I’m extremely passionate about and I’m always on the lookout for innovative ways in which we can help reduce our waste and be as self-sufficient as we can on the estate. We strive to offer solutions for sustainable weddings and events, at the same time as giving something back from the work we do.”
Elmore has also joined the Whole World Water initiative, where each establishment can filter and bottle their own water seeing 10% of the proceeds from sales going back to charities supporting water and sanitation initiatives in developing countries.
Vero Water is now offered as the free table water alternative at all Elmore Court’s events and is also sold at a much lower price behind the bar in comparison to their previous branded bottled water.
