ROYAL HORTICULTURAL HALLS PROMOTES GRAND SCALE WEDDING OFFERING
An historical central London venue is expanding the range and breadth of its offering to brides to be, promoting an extensive list of caterers and services to offset its grand backdrop.
The Royal Horticultural Halls Lindley Hall, which first opened in 1904 and regularly hosts events for London Fashion Week, international car launches and major exhibitions, is a popular venue for luxury and grand scale weddings due to its expansive, prestigious backdrop. The Hall’s period features, which include an Edwardian glass vaulted ceiling space, and an impressive North Annexe which can be dressed as a bar or separate chill out area, comprise 875 square metres of customisable space (equivalent to 450 guests).
State-of-the-art facilities include atmospheric lighting options and audio visual systems to help events run smoothly.
The Hall recently underwent a complete renovation to update the décor, AV systems and lighting; including several atmospheric lighting options to help offset events, as well as adding a selection of exclusive caterers to its roster, including Ampersand, Create and Urban Caprice.
Fergus Wilson, head of commercial operations at the Royal Horticultural Halls explains,
“As the festive period draws to a close and many newly engaged couples may be looking for a grand scale venue for their big day, we are keen to reinforce our unique offering to the wedding market.
“The Lindley Hall offers the perfect blend of historic backdrop with contemporary facilities, which lends itself very well to flamboyant, luxurious events, thanks in part to its large scale ‘blank canvas’ space. Our venue has provided the stunning setting for a number of spectacular Asian, Jewish, Turkish and Nigerian weddings complete with décor and catering from our range of nine exclusive providers.
“We have a team of in-house events experts who are very experienced in helping couples make sure their big day is perfect in every way, and who can help organise the space and facilities to give that sought-after wow factor.”
