Detox plan
Dry skin brushing is one of the most powerful ways to cleanse and exfoliate skin, as it stimulates and cleanses the lymphatic system to allow waste material to be carried away from the cells.
Brush the skin daily in the morning BEFORE your bath or shower. Use the dry brush on dry skin, and then wash. A complete skin brushing should take about 4-5 minutes. Cover the whole body (except the face) when brushing. You only need to pass once over the body in clean sweeps brushing in long stroking movements from your feet upwards and always in the direction of the heart. Brush the abdomen in clockwise circular motions.
Breakfast – detox juice
Juices cleanse, rebuild and rebalance your entire system, drink 8-10oz of fresh juice every day of the detox. It’s best to drink your juice on an empty stomach for optimum absorption. Drink the juice immediately or within 15 minutes of making it for best effect.

Snack - vegetable juice between meals
To make it use any vegetables scraps, peeling and odds and ends that you chop off. For example, onion or garlic skins, carrot peelings, salad scraps, artichoke tips, kale stems etc.
Place the ingredients into a pot or slow cooker and pour enough water to cover the top of the vegetables. Add ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar. Let this sit for 60 minutes, to allow the apple cider vinegar to set in. Then add 2 tsp sea salt and 10 black peppercorns. Place on a high heat, put the lid on and bring to the boil, or set your slow cooker to high. As soon as it boils, turn down the heat to very low and allow it to simmer for one hour, use the low setting on the slow cooker.
Once finished strain the liquid out of the pot and allow to cool. Once cool store in the fridge and consume due the 3-day detox.
